I've mentioned this here before, but does anyone know what happened to the
"Seal-Dri" company? They made a great pair of heavy-duty latex rubber chest stocking foot waders that were a breeze to slip on and off, lighter than equivalent boot foot waders, and, best of all, never seem to leak. I still own a pair that I've used for about 10 yrs. The only problem with them is that UV radiation has taken its toll on the rubber pads to which the shoulder straps are riveted (a poor design); eventually the rubber pads get "punky," the rivets pull out, and I have to reattach the straps to a less damaged area by sewing them with nylon cord. Eventually, of course, I'll run out of attachment points. I'd love to buy a new pair, but I think the company is long gone...
