Poked around Deer Island and Rocks Village on the Merrimack in search of a tight line, but saw/got nothing. No bait, no fish.
Anybody heard of shad in the Merrimcack yet?? Last year the Shad provided just the amount of fun for this North Shore angler until the Stripeys showed.
