Yes CapT. , I saw who were probably the same lobstermen doing the same at the Tiverton run on Friday , Saturday and Sunday . There cant be very many Herring getting by these nets .. I dont have too much to say about people catching and using their own bait but It should probably be a little more difficult to do than netting them wholesale right in front of a fish ladder ..dontcha think ?
