We fished the Centerville River and got into some great schoolie action on 5 and 6 wieghts today. Fish up to 22 inches beefy and fat, and busting on the surface. Fished West Bay after that and only picked up two more. Landed over 20 fish in about 1 hour at Centerville River. Fish hit chartreuse clousers on fast sink-tips (class IV) and full sinking lines. Probably would have hit poppers too,but why change when your catching? Poponnessett was loaded with wading fly flingers-more fishermen than fish. I think the rivers are still the place to be.
