The mouth of the Jones River is producing keeper size bass. There is a big herring and smelt run. If you park at Bay Farm(it is a public park) on Landing road
at the Duxbury/Kingston line and follow the path to the river you will have action at high tide. The river channel bends pretty close to shore there and all the fish moving in and out of the river are within casting distance with a flt rod. Good Luck!
