My experience at P.I. that the # of fisherman is inversly proportional to the distance from the parking lot. The end of the bar usually had 2-3 people at most; the outer bar only had one or 2. Of course I admit a healthy respect for the outer bar. Once the tide starts coming in you had better get offit or your swimming back.
