I fished the Mud Flats area last evening from about 3:30 - 5:00 PM. There was very little
bait present. Not a touch on flies. A fellow who was using a bucktail jig did
not appear to do anything either. The highlight of the evening was a large shark
which was on the surface. It was passing through with the West tide. There were 10
or so onlookers watching it when I arrived.
