There are lots of sea-runs in southern maine. While I'm no expert, I have caught them in the Ogunquit and along Moody Beach in the surf. There was a stocking program that was abandoned, but which left brood stock in many of the rivers. You can usually spot a few in the Ogunquit at low tide off the bridge near the Bluewater Inn (I've seen the biggest trout of my life right under the bridge). The Little River in Kennebunk (near parsons beach at the end of Rachel Carson) also supposedly has some. Try small clousers and cone-head wooly buggers. Zonkers will sometimes work. Good luck!
