Well, I tried a week ago or so at Watch Hill Light. The schoolies were there
that day, although certainly not in blitz quantities. See my posting at

this morning; the alarm clock went off, but I didn't! ;-). Oh well, maybe
tomorrow AM.
As far as RI beaches are concerned, I've seen little action this fall. Even
Charlestown, usually a lock, has been way below par and not worth the trip.
