Hey Guys,
I want to thank both Peter and Mike for one great morning of fishing. Especially Mike, since he was my Captian and my guide. Our goal for the morning was to cast to breaking fish, if and when we found them.
Our first location produced a few fish, all schoolies, and then Peter directed us to a spot he was fishing. He proceeded to catch fish on almost every cast!!! Mike and I both managed fish and were off to a good start. We decided to check out a few other areas for larger fish but came up with nothing. Peter and his son then departed as we were all pretty wet from the morning rain.
Mike and I still had some time and headed back to our original location. Here we started to catch fish again on a consistent basis. I then looked down the beach and thought I saw working birds so we were off. We saw nothing and then a few fish boke. Soon after Mike and I started to catch fish on every cast, with many multiple hook-ups for the next half hour. These fish were not visible on top but they were there and hungry.
After a while things slowed and we started to head home. We came across more breaking fish on our way in and found schoolies to 24" of which Mike caught a few and I manged a few more smaller fish.
This being my first time fishing the area I am unable to pass on the locations. All in all one great morning on Duxbury Bay!
