If you want to catch big fish, than you need to fish for them and let others catch
the 16".
Rule one - Fish Deep. Use sinking lines and short leaders.
Rule two - Fish at night and fish black.
Rule three- Fish Slow, REAL SLOW in the surf, and drag the bottom of holes and rips.
Rule three - Fish big flies or eel patterns!
Rule Four - Fish where big fish are most likely to be caught, that not Joppa.
Rule Five - Pinch your barbs and sharpen the point.
Rule Six - Pay for a top guide, tell him you want to go out at night and fish for big
fish. The knowledge he will pass on will pay for itself many times over.
