Stripers are plentiful in Norwich, CT. The harbour is chock full of

schoolies. The largest I have seen is 48 inches and weighing in at

36lbs. I wish I had caught it! The fish hold up in the deep holes

all winter long. We went out New Years Day and caught a few. You have

to wait for the ice to melt, but it was fun (cold, but fun).

If anyone has any tips on hot spots, I would more than appreciate the

help.

Fly Fishing: Black, White, Green decievers seem to be working the

best. Fish deep and slow, though I did catch a few small ones on

a popper and a slider.

RUMOR HAS IT that Striped Bass should be even more

plentiful than last year.

Enjoy the outdoors and be SAFE.
