Had a similar, but not as productive run at Joppa. A half dozen or so
fish, but all relatively small. Actually caught a shrimp bopping
on the surface with the current and tried a number of shrimp patterns.
Picked up one kamikaze but overall it was not that productive. Small
brown shrimp flies should work, given the right current. Much more
action on the outgoing when it was moving pretty good. Only a dead drift
would take fish. Kayak not necessary here.
