Maybe the breathable Orvis waders? Seem nice a light. I'd also consider adding one of those suspender flotations packs with the co2 inflator.
BTW, after going off on safety in last weeks column, I got stuck at Monomoy saturday and had to wade through water up to my shoulders to get in. Good thing I was wet wading. I should really take my own advice!
