I saw the dear man, his 12 year old and 40 year old passengers on Sun 8/31 also at West Chop. I had considered writing hids actions up that weekend but he didn't impact me personally so I let it slide...
FWIW - he and the other boat someone else mentioned (Steve Moore) charge in and out of Green Pond all summer long. I mean *charge* as in 20 knots down the pond and out the channel.
I'm going to do some asking around on Green Pond this weekend; enough is enough....
