My friends on sal-l et me down - so what should I do...
OK so this Thursday I land a 14 pound bonito on 8 pound test.
Whats my procedure for IFGA fame? I know only I can touch the
rod and reel but can I get assistance in boating my catch?
When I land it what do I do w/ the leader/line combo? Leave the
hook in the fishes mouth w/ leader and some line attached?
And for extra bonus points - its late at night - all the tackle shops
are closed and I land a monster striper that I absolutely must have for
my fireplace wall. How do I handle the fish till I can get it to a
tackle shop the next morning? Ice it in a garbage bag? Shove it in
a fridge? I assume I neither clean or bleed the fish?
