I have intimate knowledge of one weg site: it's called "Mark Cahill's Fishing New England." http://www.geocites.com/Baja/3297/fishing.htm
In addition to daily fishing news, I run stocking reports and trout reports. I've got an initial report up right now and will be settling in next week to the business of reporting on the trout season. I'm looking for reports from fishermen, so feel free to e-mail me with any info you have. I've got a couple of the shops on board for reports, so I should have some good info.
I'm personally looking forward to the Stillwater landlocked run, but we're going to need lots of rain to trigger that.
As far as other New England Trout pages, Uncle Jammer's got hatch/river conditions for the Winooski in Vermont. Do an altavista search for Uncle Jammer or for "Jim Ehlers" and yo'll find him.
I've got links to other sites, but frankly you're not going to find anything like Reel-Time.
