Are you applying for a line class, all-tackle or fly rod record?
Species Name (Scientific and common); Weight of catch (was it a digital reading? Kgs. or Lbs.?); Date of catch; Place of catch; Length (lip to outside of tail fork and lip to inside tail fork); Method of catch (trolling, Fly fishing, casting); Fighting time; Angler name and address; make of rod and butt, tip length; Reel make & size; Line or tippet (make and size as stated on label), Length of double line, Make of backing, Type & length of gaff used, length of trace or leader, numbe rand type of hooks, Name of lure, fly or bait, Boat name, make, captains name, address & signature, Mate's name address & and signature; Scale: location make type manufacturer date last certified; Person or agency that certified scale; weighmaster, signature; Witness, signature (need 3). and some to verify species along with their title, degree or qualifications.
You can have some one assist you in bringing the fish onboard, but only when the leader is brought within grasp of the mate.
