I like this, Chris. And I've been brooding on the name. If we lived further south we could call it "Rock Bass around the Clock", but I've never used such a base Chesapeake nickname for ol' pajamas. "Roccus around...etc." gets it into a somewhat antiqua
ted quasi-scientific bent.
Personally, I'm for a full-bore snooty flyfishing latinate that's probably grammatically wrong:
