You can't beat a kayak on Brewter flats, my buddy and I purchased kayaks
last June and used them all summer on the flats. As soon as the tide starts
back in most of the guys head for home, but I found that is when the fish really
get active. You can launch at Robbins Hill Rd, I generally don't fish out of
the kayak but use it for transportation. If interested Kittery Trading Post
has a kayak demo day in the spring. I went to the one last year and purchased
a looksha sport 14' sea kayak for under $500.
