I was wondering if Peter or Dave C. could set up some type of registration board here on Reel-Time? Of course this would have to be for the "die-hards" who are truly committed. Postings of where and when could be left to the discretion of each angler.
This could be helpful in avoiding "skunking" and possibly in helping anglers get together to fish.
Any other suggestions?
