If you fly-fish, then get the family to exuma or long island in the Bahamas. Or
better yet, ascension bay in Mexico. There is great big-game charters ($400.00 a day
if you give the fish to the captain) from St.Thomas and St. Croix has rumors
of a couple of small bonefish flats. My advice, go to Mexico: it's cheaper,
has better snorkeling and, above all, more flats loaded with Permit and Bonefish
to arouse any avid fly-fisherman. I've never been, but I know a few who have...
